PRO FRONT CLOSURE
The Aloga Pro Front Closure is designed for long term wear making it ideal for outdoor use. This front closure consists of a backing Velcro and a loop through strap that is closed first before the double trigger clip fastenings are attached to the circular ring. The Aloga Pro Front Closure should always be done up with the opening of the clips facing in towards the chest of the horse. This is for safety and to help prevent the clips opening or becoming hung up on anything. The positioning of this front has a straight strap that should sit in line with the point of your horse’s shoulder while the top angled strap sits along the shoulder groove. The Aloga Pro Front is an ideal choice for horses that have boarder chests or are more prominent in their shoulders. DOUBLE FRONT CLOSURE
Our double front closures are a more traditional style of front closure. Across several Aloga blanket styles the double front closure consisting of two male & female closures that are quick and easy to fasten. Behind the front closure is a backing Velcro that helps close either side of the blanket’s front together. This simple to use front is ideal for various different blanket styles including stable blankets, coolers & sheets as well as turnouts. When fitting the Double Front Closure ensure the top strap sits in line with the point of the shoulder and you can comfortably run a hand from the centre of the chest along the neck of the blanket to the withers. This style of front closure is ideal for most equine body shapes and particularly suitable for horses that might be narrower in their chest.
